Without fail, you will end up waiting nearly 30 to 40 mins before your visit actually starts, and then you'll wait alone for another 10 to 20 minutes regardless. They may be chronically understaffed, and half the time they're training someone. Only one administrative staff seems to know what's going on. I've been put on hold multiple times to wait 15+ minutes only to be hung up on. The communication leaves much room for improvement. For instance, they failed to notify me of my orthotics delivery, so I called after waiting over a month, only to then need to wait a couple more weeks before I could get them. A process that took 3 weeks elsewhere took over 2 months and would have taken longer had I not pursued them. It's unfortunate that the office seems so haphazard. The actual healthcare is good.
