The undertaking of having a deck rebuilt is a daunting task to say the least! And, it’s an intimidating financial investment, towards home improvement. So, after the fourth estimate, which was with Cregger Construction, that somehow, some way, I felt confident and comfortable that this was the company to which I would entrust this endeavor. I was not disappointed! In fact, I was in awe throughout the entire project—start to finish! Watching, mesmerized, at the dedication and skill of the construction team, and the overall professionalism of the company. Oh yeah! They were that good! I could go on. Cregger Construction made our vision a reality, transforming our old patio into an oversized covered porch. The project extended our living space significantly, adding a cozy indoor-outdoor area. They were accommodating throughout the permitting process, even though Montgomery County is insanely strict and not always timely. The Cregger team was very responsive to our design requests (and we are picky), and always did extremely high quality work— structurally this thing is rock solid, but also other details like electric, painting, and finishing/ touching up were amazing. They also were careful on the property and kept everything as clean as possible throughout. Highly recommend.
