Ledo Pizza

Okay The service at Lexi was excellent and the place was very clean with large and wide tables. The pizza was a bit on the greasy side although sizable and the small fries were good but not many of them. I thought it was okay, middle of the road at best

Bad customer service My husband and I had dinner reservations for my birthday/mother's day and we ordered Ledos for the kids online. I got an email after my husband went for the pick up saying the order was cancelled, no reason. They said we could reorder but it would be a 40 minute wait, no discount, no apology . I said I would take my business elsewhere and he said "OK, bye." Very disgusted with this place. Never again.

Food and Service Good We were a family group of 5 adults wanting a casual meal. My brother-in-law suggested Ledo Pizza. Among us, we had the BBQ Chicken pizza with bacon, a huge chopped salad, a Steak & Cheese Sub, an American Steak & Cheese Sandwich and Maryland Crab Soup. The sandwiches were good, the pizza was tasty, and the soup was very good. The wait time for our food wasn't bad since the restaurant wasn't crowded. Our waitress was very pleasant and the prices were reasonable.

POOR SERVICE/NO SERVICE! My husband and I biked a long ride at the Western Md. trail. We usually get Ledos for on the ride home. We're 22 miles from Hagerstown. We call when we get in the car, were put on hold, wait 14 min. - then hung up on!! Call on my phone, same. 4 times hung upon!!! Oh well, I guess they don't care!!!

Used to be great at the Hagerstown location but not anymore... First of all I have to say that Ledo Pizza is by far my and my family’s favorite pizza. I grew up eating pizza at the original location in Adelphi, MD and can truly say we took out pizza at least 3-4 times a month from that location. Several years later I was thrilled finding out a location was opening up not far in Hagerstown and my family fell in love with it looking forward to either eating out or bringing it home. I felt the Hagerstown location was one of the better of the franchises for years as we have eaten in at least 8 of the other locations in the DC area. One of the things my wife and I loved to do was to expose Ledo’s to my son’s girlfriends and turn them into big fans. Ledo night was a big time treat for all. We used to get an abundance of toppings on our pizza’s from here. I do have to say, though, that over the past year the quality of the pizza has really gone declined especially when it comes to toppings and sauce. My wife has even been saying this for a while but the past three times over the last three months have really been noticeable. They have really gotten skimpy on the toppings and sauce. We are a big time Hawaiian pizza family and the amount of ham and pineapple toppings being placed on the pizza from recent take-outs has been really sad. It’s been getting consistently worse at this location but on Superbowl Sunday was an absolute all time low. Many squares had just one or the other of a piece of pineapple or a piece of ham. At least 5 of the squares were just cheese and overall the pizza was very thin on sauce. The pizza was basically a very slightly Hawaiian flavored wasteland and Ledo pizza is not cheap. The pizza does not justify the price at this location. Well, I did hear a Ledo’s is opening up on route 30 in Chambersburg later this year. It’s close to work so I am looking forward to those doors opening and hoping they aim to please out of the gate. It has to be a better experience than take-out in Hagerstown. Something to look forward to again...

Tasty! The Buffalo chicken salad is fantastic! I ordered it grilled as opposed to fried and without cheese, cause blech and it came exactly as ordered and promptly! Pretty large, and crucnhy fresh! I'll be back very soon for this salad. Server was attentive and polite. Good experience!

Sadly gone downhill I wanted to wait and give the place another try as in the past I ate here or wanted to at least once a week. However as of late the food is just not up to par. First was a calzone that was on special. It was mostly dough and the stuffing was unacceptable. I get the fact that it’s on special but that doesn’t mean you should skimp on the product! And twice between last month and this the crust on the pizzas have not been done. The norm is the light flaky crust....also lack of normal sauce made it less tasty. Last but not least we got home to find no salad dressing for our salad. To me something has changed if there are this many issues. From reading reviews it seems unanimous. Would hope from the complaints they can get their act back since this restaurant one time of day was always consistently great.
