TAX LAW
Is the IRS or Comptroller coming after you for late or back taxes! Whether income tax, payroll tax, sales & use tax or are under audit we can save you time and money. If this is YOU, don’t respond to the IRS alone! You need an attorney that handles civil litigation or tax controversy, etc, Terry is well versed in these areas.
BANKRUPTCY
Bankruptcy law provides for the reduction or elimination of certain debts, and can provide a timeline for reduced & partical repayment of nondischargebable debts over time. It also permits individuals and organizations to repay secured debt — typically debt with real estate or personal property like vehicles pledged as collateral — often on terms more favorable to the debtor.
SUBROGATION
Subrogation is a term describing a right held by most insurance carriers to legally pursue a third party that caused an insurance loss to the insured. This is done in order to recover the amount of the claim paid by the insurance carrier to the insured for the loss.
