Great customer service! I had a claim that looked like it was going to cost me a small fortune, so I contacted my agent, Evan Dahne. He sent me a form to fill out (just a single form) and explained the steps I needed to take with the hospital insurance department. Within a few weeks I had full reimbursement for the entire accident before I ever had to pay a dime out of pocket. I was apprehensive about my insurance plan giving me enough of the right kind of coverage, but with Evan walking me through the claim, it worked out perfectly.

Evan is such a great agent for insurance. He really takes the time to hear your concerns when signing up for a plan and he correlates a plan that is best for you. He is easily accessible by email or call for any needs you may encounter. This morning I realized I misplaced my phycial insurance cards and he was able to be reached quickly to help figure a way to get the PDF forms sent over to me. He seems as if he is a busy family man who continues to still prioritize helping his clients.
