Welcome to WOW! It all started on a hot August afternoon in 2012 with a few ideas of getting women together to build rapport and learn how to engage with other like minded professional women in small and group settings. This dynamic group – WOW – WOMEN OPTIMIZING WOMEN-understands the importance of building relationships and building referrals to increase revenue. These women are serious about their future, their community, and are motivated.
In Carroll County, Maryland there are different networking groups and other types of networking groups but, none of them seemed to truly embrace the importance of the serious-minded business woman; her needs and successes as well as her desire to increase her income. I realized WOW would provide so many business opportunities and resources to connect with other women business professionals.
