Recall that you recently performed diagnostic and repair work on our Dell desktop, as it was running slow and would not connect to the internet. It seems to be working fine now; actually much better and faster than it has for quite some time.

First, I really appreciate your responding and coming out to our house in Towson on short notice and so quickly. Second, I want to thank you for the fine work you did and for your excellent advice ! Finally, your fee is reasonable, considering the value you provide for your expert services, and I do appreciate that. I will certainly recommend you and your business to others.
